Whether you already have a marketing plan in place or need expert help with target marketing, please request a Case Mail Quote first.  To clarify, we can produce your mail (Mail Service), or you can produce your own mail (Case Service).  If you have never used direct mail to target advertise before, we recommend you use our Mail Service.  In most cases you will save money by using our Mail Service and be more competitive.

If you decide to produce your own mail you will need to download our sample file so you can set up your advertisements for mail merge.  If you need help with mail merge, click here.  Once you are ready to use our sample file with your advertisements, we will start providing you case file(s) the following business day.

If you prefer us to do the mailings for you, we will do the following:

1. We will set up your advertisements on our system.  If you currently have advertisements all you do is email them to us.  If you need some advertising samples or would like us to create your advertisements, we can provide this for you.
2. Once your advertisements are set up on our system, we will provide you proofs of your advertisements for your review prior to producing your mail to ensure you are completely satisfied with the advertisements.
3. Once you have approved the advertisements, we will begin mailing out your advertisements the following business day.

Anytime you would like to make changes to your advertisements or cases you are targeting, we will be glad to make those changes for you.  Our advertisement design and edits are always complimentary.
